Sometimes life's issues are a bit less complex, do not need as much intense psychological assistance, and simply need a bit of advanced life coaching, expert advice, and guidance. When this is the case our experienced licensed therapists can serve as life coaches for: Children, teenagers, young adults, athletes, adults, marriages/relationships, and for parents.
Advanced life coaching is guided by research in psychological, developmental, sociological, neuroscience, career counseling, sports psychology, positive psychology and related fields. It aims to help people work on life choices, identifying and attaining goals, problem solving, finding effective strategies, being creative, maximizing strengths, improving performance, improving motivation, increasing consistency, having accountability, and improving quality of life. In addition, Advanced Life Coaching can result in early intervention and resolution of underlying issues before more complex issues develop down the road.
